As a small business trying to provide our customers with the freshest, highest quality products at reasonable prices, we maintain an on-line presence to service our continuing clientele, and as such, only accept payment by cash (in person orders only), personal check or money order.  We reserve the right to hold orders paid by personal check until funds are verified.

Orders can be initiated by clicking on the link found at the bottom of each page to contact me directly with your order (sales@stockstea.com).  Unfortunately, at this time, we can only ship our products domestically within the United States.

Our Business Philosophy
Because tea is a perishable food item, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of tea.  For our very few non-tea items, we try to work with our customers to ensure their satisfaction. 

It is our policy to charge our customers Stock's Tea Company's actual shipping cost for each package.  We ship orders several times per week using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. An approximate cost to ship your order can be calculated using the U.S. Postal Service's website at www.usps.com using the weight of the tea, plus the weight of any gifts and accessories that you've ordered (allowing for the weight of proper packaging). 

We will add handling fees to cover costs of packaging materials to your order, which are typically between $1 to $3, depending on the order's total size.

A Note about Personal Information
We collect only the personal information (name, address, email, etc.) that our customers provide to us voluntarily for each purchase.  We will use that information to process and fulfill your transaction.  This policy also hold true for gift certificates and gift baskets.

We do not, nor will we ever, sell or rent our customer contact information to any other organization or individual.

At various times, Stock's Tea Company may contact you regarding special news or information about us at the email address provided by you either thru previous orders or through inquiries at this web site.  Please let us know if you do not want to receive these notification in the future, and we will promptly remove you from our mailing list.
